Better known outside aviation circles as a brand of clothing, the annual airshow organised by the EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association) is held at the Whittman Regional Airport at Oshkosh in Wisconsin, USA.
One line of thousands of light aircraft, many with the owners' tents under the wings
One highlight was the arrival of the Airbus A380, which performed an impressive display of slow-speed manoeuvring, while another was the White Knight II Galactic Mothership Eve, designed to carry the passenger space vehicle.
The show offers a chance to see rare aircraft, and in many cases flying.
This De Havilland Mosquito is in flying condition.
